In Facts on File, you can browse Featured Primary Sources (click "Civil Rights Documents") and/or Primary Sources by ERA (click "Civil Rights Protest and Progress: 1955-1971").
The databases you used to find secondary sources also contain primary sources!
In ABC-CLIO, you can filter results to Speeches, Political/Government/Court Documents, Cultural Documents, Letters & Narratives, and/or
Newspapers & Magazines.
NewsBank is a database of American newspaper articles published between 1690 and 2000:
On the Historical Timeline page, scroll down to 'Select An Era' and click on the Civil Rights Movement option.
A three-part timeline of events will appear, and clicking on any one of the events will take you to a background article (secondary source!) as well as a collection of newspaper articles (primary sources!) related to that event.
If you can't find what you're looking for, try using the Keyword Search tab, instead of using the Historical Timeline; filter your search results for articles published between 1954 and 1970 using the 'Date selector' sliding scale.
