Deadline for requests for Fall 2023: Aug 27, 2023.
Deadline for requests for Spring 2024: Jan 16, 2024.
WHAT IS DINING Cash?...
Dining Cash comes with most dining plans (see meal plan options above) and acts like a declining balance debit card on your Guilford ID. Dining Cash can be used in any of the on-campus dining locations:
The Grill
Rachel's Rose Cottage
The Dining Hall
The Byte fresh vending machine (coming soon)
Dining Cash does NOT rollover semester-to-semester! Be sure to use it up before the last day of dining each semester!
If you run out of Dining Cash and wish to have more available funds, add them to the Quaker Cash bucket! The same site to load Quaker Cash will show you your available balances.
Did you know about Quaker Cash and Print Cash buckets?...
In addition to Dining Cash, there are two more buckets or "purses" where students or may have funds to be used on-campus for various purposes:
Quaker Cash is the most versatile and can be used in the Bookstore, the Dining Hall, the Grill, Rachel's Rose Cottage, and to print/copy on-campus. Students or authorized users may add to this bucket whenever and in whatever amount they wish.
Print Cash can be used to print and copy and campus printers.
Did you know?... If you have the 100 Block Plan or the 25 Block Plan and run out of meals during the semester, you may request an additional block plan. Just email us!
