Transfer Student HOUSING OPTIONS

Transfer students are routinely housed with continuing Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors (most of whom already have their housing assignments).  This is a manual process and placement is based on the preferences you enter in your Online Housing Registration and the available vacancies.

If you would prefer to live in First Year Student Housing, please contact Residential Education & Housing directly.  This may be the case if you are 19 years or younger and/or completed only one semester at another institution before transferring to Guilford and/or you are transferring credits to Guilford but this will be your first year living on-campus.
