AGE STIPULATIONS: Students who are under the age of 18 must have Parent/Guardian Consent for housing processes. If you are 21 years or older, even if you are a first-time, first year student, you are likely to receive a housing assignment with continuing Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors.
