small tops
timer
Directions:
using just your thumb, index, and middle fingers, spin the top
try it 10 times
see how long you can keep it spinning
Goals:
separation of the two sides of the hand
hand muscle development
Modifications:
make sure the pinky and ring finger are curled up and stabilized in the palm
arms placed on table gives more stability, making the task easier
arms hanging in space gives less stability, making the task harder
