Materials Needed:
elastic bands
Directions:
cup your hand with fingers pointed up to ceiling
put an elastic band around the tips of your fingers and thumb
open and close your fingers without having the elastic band fling off.
Goal:
work to develop arches of the hand
Modifications:
use smaller wider bands to increase level of difficulty
arms leaning on table or legs gives more support
arms in space requires more trunk stability
