Liberty High School College Night

On April 1st, Stephanie Sawyer and I represented the Fitness and Wellness Department at Liberty High School's College Night! We set up a table with brochures, swag, and the vertical jump mat to get everybody's attention. We had the opportunity to talk to some nice families, but the majority of students we spoke to already had firm college plans. I did meet the Director for Career and Technical Education for Peoria Unified School District who was attending the event as a parent. After the event, I reached out to her via email and she introduced me to the leaders of the advisory program and their Sports Medicine Program. I look forward to partnering with her in the future.
