Every year we welcome new students to the school. In the same way we have to say goodbye to the old ones. This August we got to say goodbye to classes 19 I and K.
The ceremony itself starten at 1pm on the 26th of August. First the IB coordinator Anna gave a speech, then the form teachers Simon and Kenneth.
The audience was entertained with music by the graduees themselves.
Then the hats. One by one they steppin up on the stage to receive their diploma, making these agonising but fun 3 years well worth it.
I would like to point out what fun it was to hear what each of the gratuates are going to do this year, following their graduation. Some going of to university all over the world, and others taking a gap year.
The answer which got most applause to the question "What are you going to to next year?", was "MAKE MONEY!". But my favourite answer was that the student is going to focus on becoming a better human being and making the world a better place.
Lastly the nominated student speakers gave a speech.
