The course “Healthy food” is a course where students learn to make healthier food at home. All of the food they make in the course is also vegan.
It has become somewhat normal for young adults to not know how to actually make their own food at home, which leads to them ordering food like McDonalds or Taco Bell. The goal of the course is to prevent students, and young adults, from doing just that.
The first day they made some Vegetarian flaxseed tortillas with some salad and a nice guacamole.
The second day they went to the store and bought enough food and ingredients for the rest of the week for them.
The rest of the week they have been making different foods with the ingredients that they bought on Tuesday.
