Dear Woolworths,

At Swansea Public School, we have very minimal shelters for our native animals. If you will provide $1000 our school would use it to buy shrubs and trees for animal shelters additionally , we are positive that everyone in our school would be very enthusiastic and thankful for your kind nature do help our school and community to support animals.

Did you know that possums are arboreal animals and spend most of their time in trees near a water source? Other animals that live in trees are koalas, kookaburras, galahs and additional native animals. We also need the trees to survive because they hold the ground together and also give us air to breathe. We will buy fruit trees so that they can be used in our kitchen garden program.

The $1000 dollars would buy us wood to make bird houses and feeding grounds that the kids will make themselves. It will become a project for the whole school because there would be so much to be done. We would have to use maths to get all the measurements right, next we would have to use all of our creative and unique skills to paint, design and craft where it would go in.

Overall, $1000 will benefit our school incredibly. It will substantially

mean a lot to our school, our community and native animals.
