APPROACH
Theoretical

This theoretical course provides knowledge on the legal and economic aspects of audiovisual productions, both in cinema and in the wide field of digital images. The course goes in-depth on intellectual property, copyright and the new copyright applications in the field of the arts.

This teaching is made of a single module of 4 CFA = 4 ECTS

Successful students will be able to:

• Understand the legislations on audiovisual productions

• Norms and copyright

• Copyright in music

• Understanding the legislations on audiovisual productions

• Benefits and duties of copyright

• Music copyright within audiovisual productions (cinema and animation)

This is a theoretical course.

Over the course, the students will carry out the following didactic activities, which may vary depending on the themes that will be developed. 

• Front lectures

• Individual study and research

Assessment criteria may include:

Oral exam
