APPROACH
Theoretical/project based
This course gives the students a theoretical and practical introduction to the different techniques used in digital visual effects, with the use of professional post-production software. The students will be guided in the study of the main compositing techniques: from rotoscoping to the integration of green/bluescreen footage, from the integration of 3D elements to colour correction. They will learn how to design and realise digital special effects throughout the different production phases, as well as the practical use of compositing techniques on dedicated software.
This teaching is made of a single module of 4 CFA = 4 ECTS
