A city of animals

Have you ever thought of a place where animals can live together, think and act like humans? That is completely possible in the city of Zootopia in the movie “Zootopia 2” produced by “Walt Disney Animation Studios” and released on Nov 26, 2025. 

           In terms of plot, in part two, the film takes viewers along the two main characters, rabbit “Judy Hopps” voiced by “Ginnifer Goodwin” and fox “Nick Wilde” voiced by “Jason Bateman.” Together they decode and overthrow crimes, exonerating reptiles in the city. The director and screenwriter of “Zootopia 2” is Jared Bush and Byron Howard is a co-director.

            “Zootopia 2” is a CGI animated film with humorous, dramatic, mystery elements. The film has bright settings but also sometimes dark and gloomy scenes to show the contrast with the bustling city and the movie shows the liveliness and characteristics of animals. Moreover, the film also reflects a part of real society and also to show viewers the problems beneath a prosperous city. The sound is very good, making the viewer feel like they can immerse themselves in the character they are watching. But the real appeal of the film lies in the rabbit and fox’s ambiguous relationship, expressed through intimate gestures and actions that go beyond the boundaries of friendship, leaving many to wonder what their relationship truly is.

            With the above factors, the film is suitable for all ages, anyone can watch and enjoy. For children, “Zootopia 2” is a colorful movie with many bright tones, and for adults, “Zootopia 2” is a meaningful movie with hidden messages that the movie wants to send to each viewer, each message is a piece of life advice, and “Zootopia 2” offers viewers even more than that. The messages can be about stereotypes, differences, and the dangers of manipulation through the media. Hidden details or "easter eggs," are scattered throughout the film, sometimes appearing only briefly or as minor details, but they contribute to making the film more interesting. These hidden details in the film are often metaphors for a person or something else.

             When it was released a few days ago, “Zootopia 2” created a big hit when it achieved amazing milestones when it entered the top four films with the highest opening revenue in cinema history even though it was just an animated film. Restoring faith as well as reaffirming the appeal of “Disney” and once again bringing glory to “Disney.”

          “Zootopia 2” is a great movie to enjoy with family, so go to the theater now, and watch while eating popcorn.
