Founded in 1451, the University of Glasgow is the fourth oldest institution in the UK and offers around 700 degree combinations. Our beautiful campus is located in Glasgow’s west end and combines grand historical buildings with modern facilities. The University boasts huge indoor and outdoor sports complexes and one of the best academic libraries in Europe. We’re investing £1 billion on transforming our estate which will expand our footprint by 25% and provide more flexible learning spaces as well as technology enabled learning resources. With over 250 clubs and societies, 2 student unions, a cinema, theatre, award-winning student media (TV/radio/ newspaper/mag), 2 theatre groups, countless bands, choirs and an orchestra, the campus has something for everyone.
