With 400+ degree programmes on offer from Ancient Greece to modern Genetics, students are spoilt for choice. Our students benefit from multiple student union buildings, world-class gym and sports facilities, 300+ societies and sports clubs, with hundreds of social events ensuring that they never have a dull moment. With many University buildings close to or in the city centre, students immerse themselves daily in the vibrant cultural and social life of Scotland’s famous capital!

The Scottish Education Exhibition (SEE) is back for a second year and we're excited to be involved again in this free, all-day, virtual event for senior phase pupils and college students considering their higher and further education options. New for this year is an additional evening event for pupils, students, parents and carers.

Event Dates:

  • Wednesday 5 October 10am - 7pm (pupils, students and teachers)

  • Wednesday 2 November 6pm - 9pm (pupils, students, parents and carers)

3 Top Tips for Students

  • Research all of your choices thoroughly to see what suits your interests

  • Don't just see one league table or ranking and take it for granted, actively seek out league tables or rankings for things that you are interested in (sporting performance, student satisfaction, how your course performs etc)

  • Speak to your teachers as they will have lots of experience with the UCAS process and helping students like yourselves research their options and help to make the right decision for you
