Dear Teachers and Coordinators,

CBSE Sports Trials for the 2025–26 academic year will be conducted from **6th to 7th June 2025** as per **CBSE Circular No. Acad-22/2025**.

📌 **Important Responsibilities:**

1. **Student Registration:**

  * Ensure all interested students are **registered online** through the CBSE sports portal using their **UID**.

  * Use existing UID if already generated. No duplicate registration required.

2. **Apply to Participate:**

  * After registration, **click on 'Apply to Participate'** for each student in the intended game.

  * Without this step, participation will be invalid.

3. **Age Categories:**

  * **U-11** (on or after 01-01-2014)

  * **U-14** (on or after 01-01-2011)

  * **U-17** (on or after 01-01-2008)

  * **U-19** (on or after 01-01-2006)

4. **Game Categories Include:**

  Athletics, Swimming, Chess, Taekwondo, Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Yoga, etc.

5. **Additional Requirements:**

  * Ensure each participant has a **valid age certificate** and **school/CBSE ID**.

  * Confirm participation to the organizing school **at least one week before the event** via email.

(III) *CBSE may conduct Surprise Inspection in school during Selection Trials to ensure*

*that talented players should be given chance to play in CBSE Games.*

 (IV) *The schools should upload list of participants in Selection Trials and photos of*

*Selection Trails on CBSE sports portal in pdf format.*

(V) *The school should not deny any student/ player to participate in Selection Trial.*

 (3) *CONTACTING AND MAILING TO THE HOST SCHOOL  TO INFORM THEM ABOUT THE PARTICIPATION AND DETAILS.*
