Subject: Mandatory Shift to CBSE On-Screen Marking (OSM)

All Class XII teachers are informed that CBSE will now use Digital Marking for 2026 Board Exams.

• Action: Ensure your OASIS ID is active for login.

• Training: You must attend upcoming  practice sessions.

• Evaluation: You will mark scanned copies on computers instead of paper.

• Note: Class X remains physical; Class XII only is digital.

2. IT Checklist (MR.sumit)

Lab Readiness for OSM 2026:

• OS: Windows 8 or higher.

• Hardware: 4GB+ RAM | 1GB free C: drive space.

• Network: Public Static IP | Stable 2 Mbps internet.

• Software: Updated Chrome/Edge | Adobe Reader.

• Power: 100% UPS/Generator backup required.

3. Student/Parent Bulletin

Subject: 2026 Board Exam Evaluation Update

• Exam Mode: No Change. Students will write exams on paper as usual.

• Marking: Class XII papers will be scanned and graded digitally (OSM) to ensure zero totalling errors and faster results.
