*Due to the uncertainty of opening the school students needs to be prepared for eventual preparation for conducting the exam.*
*_In all cases(Virtual or In-person), the question papers should be documented and sent to the school mailing address.

(1) Follow the typology of Parts A and B for designing the question paper.
(1.1) If the virtual examination is conducted Part B, the examination will be conducted on-screen in the form of a hand-written virtual assessment(HWVA). And Part A within the given time.
(1.1*)While conducting the HWVA on screen the teachers will relaunch the Zoom meeting to break the Virtual time limit until the two hours will not complete.
(1.2) The Google form will be used in Part A. And the HWVA does not need to be loaded as part of the response process. The response sheets should be returned to the school by the parents. . To keep a record.
(1.2) If the in-person exam conducts then all as per the regular
norms.
(1.3) A student can use the two phones to view the question paper and be on screen as per convenience.

(4) In any situation of the conducting the exam the exams shall be conducted under the paper of the CBSE Term-II.
(5) The HWVA form shall be used if Virtually conducted.
(5.1) While conducting the HWVA on screen the teachers will relaunch the Zoom meeting to break the Virtual time limit until the two hours will not complete.
(6) If the situation permits the reopening of the schools, the face-to-face examination shall be conducted in accordance with normal standards.
(7) No Google form shall be used the HWVA shall be used.
(8) The students shall not be asked to upload the response sheets.
(9) Students return papers to school at the test schedule level.
(10) For keeping the Board record.
(11) A student can use the two phones to view the question paper and be on screen as per convenience.

*As we are in the final state of UT-II/ End Session of the Preparatory Plan, we are here, more preoccupation for practical and internal evaluation in a more organized manner.
To that end, a time limit shall be fixed between 1 February and 17 February 2022.*
*Understanding alley to fill the date for particular subject practical*
(1) Count the average time given to each student according to the practical topic or the oral assessment.
(2) Incorporate your subject teachers to conduct the assessment in time.
(3) No class period would be used to perform internal assessments, but only the ZERO period/assembly time.
(4) Subject well-being will determine the dates to conduct the practice according to the number of the students and the available to the teachers who Co-host the internal assessment.
5) Get the Schedule format and the practical list from the office. (Classes X and XII)
(6) The teacher of Classes IX and XI shall prepare his/her own practical and internal assessment list.
For non-combined subjects use the same days to conduct the internals.
Notify students before Saturday, January 8, 2022 and share internal timetables.
Ask students to bring their practical documents and project file with them on the day of the internal evaluation and practice.
All subject teachers must take the internal assessment/practical mark sheet FORMAT from office/TWB before conducting the session for the same.
For the subjects (History, Political Science, Economics, Business Studies, Accountancy)
We took only one project during the session, following the existing pattern.
For instance. English (ASL) for class XII (a) Three teachers (Ms. Sheenam Verma, Mr. Charley, Ms. Chanderash) (b) Use Zero period to cover every day 10 students that result in 30 students ASL in a day, which can multiply to the end number of the student on the format of the schedule till the last student.
