*We are conducting the Veer Gatha Edition 2 in our school as per directed by the CBSE and MOD.*
*Below is the UNDERSTANDING ALLEY FOR THE DEPUTY COORDINATORS for their execution concerns.*
The *Event Coordinator*
*MR.PRAMOD PANDEY* & *Ms.Rashi*
*Understanding Alley*
(1) To inform, manage, organize, and execute the event with the allover coordinating team to achieve the task goal.
(2) Collect the list of the necessary material from the teams as per the confirmed inventory and Super-authorized it by the Principal mam.
*TWB/STW(English, Hindi, Punjabi)*
(1) Confirm at least two class-guiding-session on the VeerGatha by the subject teachers.
(2) Students may participate in more than one language.
(3) Guide /Arrange the subject's teachers to conduct and project the activity.
(4) Confirm all entries /projects must be uploaded on the CBSE/gallantry award websites. before Nov..10,2022
(5) Select one entry from each Category.
(6) Collecting the entries from Subject Teachers/Deputing Teachers and cupboard into respective Coordinator after finalizing the Selection of One-Entry from each Category.
(7) The Venue teachers to conduct the activity is a matter of the number of students to have participated.
(8) Provide all entries and one from each category to the *IT Coordinator-Mr.Rahul*
*Language Teachers of Class III to XII*
(1) The subject teacher will follow the TWB/STWB directives as per CBSE-Guidelines
(2) Conducting the Event as per the schedules.
(3) Collecting the entries and submit to the TWB/STWB.
(4) Taking the students to the view and conducting the event.
