AVPS CREW ANNOUNCEMENTS / SCHOOL ASSEMBLY / 23 April 2023 / A-3
An Assembly Roster for the May month. Assemblies serve as a tool to educate young minds and guide their expressions, emotions, and thoughts in the right direction. They help instill the morals and values necessary for a healthy and orderly life in children.
The following guidelines apply to the assemblies:
Yoga and meditation will be conducted on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Dress code for both days is related to the clubhouse attire. DP Teachers will perform meditation and yoga postures on stage on Wednesday and Saturday, and the students will follow along.
The Lead Assembly (Incharges) will maintain the Main Entrance Bulletin Board and Main Glass Entrance Door.
Before leaving school, teachers will prepare information for the assembly the following day or for the commemoration day.
DP will announce the class once it has dispersed from the staging grounds.
All sections will not disperse together.
The assembly will be conducted based on roll number.
Every day at the assembly, a single teacher will share insights or inspirational sayings, and all teachers are required to participate. Excuses will not be tolerated.
Every Wednesday, a single act or short tale will be performed on stage, and the Saturday assembly will be based on a quiz. Questions will be based on the act or quiz depicted on Wednesday and Saturday.
For example, for Class 3A (ANUGRAH):
The Class Incharge will guide the class for Monday prayer and theme.
Students will perform a small act, slogan, quiz, poem recitation, and five general awareness hints on a particular theme.
