INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEACHERS
Please prepare an affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 affirming your understanding and acceptance of the Teacher Employee Terms and Conditions for the academic session 2024-25.

This agreement inserts ahead herein the terms and conditions of all employees(teachers) employed by A V PUBLIC SCHOOL, FAZILKA, PUNJAB.
Note:-On the next turn, the *TEACHER EMPLOYEE TERM AND CONDITIONS* inflow under the *AVPS-RITUALS*.; The Avps Rituals are super-manual with timely updated versions according to the need of seconds per the HUMAN & ADVANCED SYSTEM for the students' SUPER-GROWTH.
We at AVPS build ON INNOVATIVE ACTION; Our every Step is innovative and prospective towards Children, Teachers, and Parents to understand the time constraints and lifelong learning. From CLASS-TEACHING TO DAILY OPERATIONS AND DAILY OPERATIONS TO ANNUAL MEETS AND OBSERVATIONS TO FEEDBACKS, WE DO SYNCHRONIZED ALL-IN-ONE-WAY programs. We create WORKFLOW TERMINOLOGY to communicate well at every level of school operations.
All TEACHERS ARE EXPECTED TO:
(1) Perform following the given responsibilities and the Timetable.
A-STAY-BACK will follow every Saturday or any of the particular day of the week, or the need for hours or in the condition of delaying or incomplete the task.
(2) Have a regular presence at work and activities, meet deadlines, attend meetings(School In and Outdoors), follow schedules, and respond to communications inventories as per the AVPS-RITUALS.
(2.1) A teacher shall be given the responsibilities of school events and annual events and a stay back on necessary needs.
(2.2) If desirable teaching is not achieved, then a teacher will stay back and support the class/student on their STUDY-GAPS as per the circumstances.
(3) Check work /task communications on the announcements in WhatsApp official groups based on task,school-task-register, and the school website.
(4) Maintain the honesty of confidential information relating to a student, family, or crew member.
(5) Maintain professional boundaries in their relationships with students, including appropriate language, appropriate physical contact, and technology such as WhatsApp messages, text messages, or social networking Internet websites.
(6) Not use position or relationship with students for individual gain.
(7) Manage work relationships with the crew members designated by joint support, assistance, and respect, and develop a school culture of collaboration centered on student learning free of pressure.
(8) A teacher cannot perform any PRIVATE-TUITION /HOME TUITION without the consent of the school authority of A V Public School students. If it is found, legal action shall be taken under the contract.
HOURS OF WORK
(1.1)
The hours of work shall understand the task/teaching-learning process and the needs of the hour with the regular profile hours and AVPS rituals, including the all-in-one programs' manual. (as amended from time to time).
2. HOLIDAY AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE
(2.1)
Subject to the working time provisions, holidays match with periods of school closure and public holidays /gazetted holidays, which will notify the Principal from time to time.
3 . ABSENCE FROM WORK
(3.1)
A teacher is expected to be absent her/himself from work only for a serious reason and with the prior approval of the Principal unless the absence is unforeseen or immediate.
(3.1.a) A teacher will prepare the Lesson plan and arrange the teacher with their Academic Coordinator /STWB and Coordinator so as not to affect the school work.
(3.2) UNFORESEEN OR IMMEDIATE REASONS
If a teacher is unable to come to work for any reason, He/She shall contact the office before 8.00 am on the same day of the absence and each subsequent day.
(3.2.a) No leave will experience a sensation of UNFORESEEN OR IMMEDIATE REASONS. It will be without pay until the reason comes in Medical terms or any incident under the line of humanity.
(3.3) For unforeseen reasons, one day CL shall be granted.
(3.4) One CL is awarded within one month, and the total number is 11.
(3.5) Casual leave cannot be carried over to the next month or the next year. , No CL will be acceptable in the Months of June and December.
[3.6] A regular teacher or a new employee cannot take a long vacation to improve or update their vocational training or education without acknowledging the school authority.
(3.7) To benefit from the first CL, a minimum period of service of six months is required for new employees.
(3.8) If an employee does not use the CL, all remaining CLs will be paid by the school at the end of the prevailing session.
(3.9) An employee who does not complete the prevailing session is not eligible for Point No. 3.8.
(3.10) Salaries for major breaks (summer and winter) would only be paid on the date specified in the work schedule.
4. TERMINATION POLICY
(4.1)
A teacher can terminate his/her employment by giving the written notice. One month before the prevailing period, the organization can terminate any employee with a period of one month's notice.
Suppose an employee leaves his/her job without any prior information. He/she has to pay the three-month compensation to the school of his/her equal to the salary. Disappearance from work is an act of unprofessionalism that leads to legal action based on the contract signed by you.
(4.2) A teacher shall make one year contract to the school to obey all roles and responsibilities under the AVPS rituals manuals.
(4.3) The organization withholds one month's salary as a deposit against this employment bond.
(4.4) A V Public School, Fazilka, Punjab, holds the right to accept or deny payment in lieu of the said one-month notice.
(5) LEVERAGE YOUR TURN; Teachers are required to advance their knowledge under the PRECISION level of the AV-desired workflow through Orientation/ active learning under AVPS Rituals. Moreover, transform every piece of knowledge through our Trainers/guidelines to 10X your performance scientifically and through curated programs.
(6) ERADICATE YOUR PROCRASTINATION ESCAPE; throughout your life journey with us takes many speedup sessions to bring best practices under AVPS-RITUALS. YOU ARE EXPECTED TO RECOGNIZE your PROCRASTINATION ESCAPE to consistently LEVERAGE YOUR TURN TO GROWTH THE SCHOOL.
(7) ESTABLISH AVPS MAINSTREAM LINE
(7.1)Ensure that all students and learning systems contribute to wellness and sustainability. And the greater good of society.
(7.2)Maintain and approach parents' confidentiality and preserve the integrity of school records and documents.
(7.3) A teacher's teaching/transformation process continues until the desired or expected change or level will not be earned. In this process, no explanation or procrastination will hear from the teacher to erode the goal.
(7.4) A teacher's role is ubiquitously expected in students' lives, from their growth to school inventories like Registration to maintaining/reminding calls for the fees and events call.
(8) It is obligatory and controlled by the allied authorities like CBSE and the State /City Board of Education to ask schools to perform duties like Examiner/Observer/External in Examination or other deputation.
It is mandatory to carry out the functions requested by the allied authorities for new recruitment and existing teachers.
INTERPRETATION
