Dear All,
*As you are aware, the school will be celebrating Holi on March 07, 2023. We would like to inform you about the duties and tasks assigned to each department for the smooth execution of the event.*
*Music and Dance Organizers:Mr.Rajvinder Singh & Mr.Jyoti & Team*
The music and dance organizers are responsible for preparing a playlist of Holi songs and coordinating the dance performances. They should ensure that the music system is in place and the sound quality is good.
*Discipline Incharges:*Mr.Pramod & Team* *
The discipline incharges should monitor the event to ensure that the students follow the code of conduct. They should ensure that the students do not get carried away and play Holi safely.
*News Crafting:Ms.Jyoti & Mr.Kailash*
The news crafting team should capture the highlights of the event and create a write-up for the school website and social media pages. They should also take pictures and videos of the event.
*Stage Anchoring: Ms.Jasmeet*
The stage anchors should host the event and keep the students entertained. They should introduce the performers and engage the audience throughout the event.

The open mid area of the basketball area will be the venue for Blooms, and the open stage area will be the venue for class I to IX students, divided into two segments.

Design and create colorful banners, posters, and cutouts to be placed around the venue.
Decorate the entrance gate with colorful balloons and streamers.
Create a centerpiece or a photo booth with the theme of Holi.
Make sure that all the decorations are child-friendly, safe, and secure.
Coordinate with the Event Management Team for setting up the decoration at the venue.
Ensure that all the supplies and materials needed for decoration are available and in good condition.
Keep the budget in mind while planning the decorations.
We hope that you will complete the task before the scheduled date so that we can have time for any necessary adjustments or changes. We are confident that with your creativity, expertise, and hard work, the decoration will add a splash of colors to the event and make it a memorable experience for all.

(1)' The ambience of the event needs a postural image with a complete view as it was seen not connected to each other with dull fall curtains.
(2) Self depiction came out with the characters several times and was revealed in the dialogues.
(3) Mudraz and ballet not seen as per the given plan and the view and moments show the dance form only.
(4) The next time this event is to include basic work and basic guidelines on characters and ambience.
(5) Self-assessment would come when all task groups discuss and review together.
(6) Next time, all task groups in the event will share the written workflow plan to understand the contribution of each paper group.
(7) Next time the Event Coordinator will share the work flow plan with the Understanding and Discussion Areas.
