Team Collaboration:
Subject Coordinators must discuss and collaborate with the team before finalizing plans.

## Instructions for Filling the **Annual Pedagogical Plan (Session 2026–2027)**
*The STWB /Subject Teachers/Coordinators*
*Grades- I to XII*
**Responsibility**
* The **STWB** will fill the Annual Pedagogical Plan **in consultation with the Subject Team**.
* Subject teams must contribute their **best practices** related to:
* Teaching methodology
* Grammar
* Literature
* Content delivery
* Test crafting & assessment design

## Weekly Planning Structure (Google Form)
* **Allocate 6 working days per week**:
* **4 days** → Teaching goals
* **2 days** → Buffer / Assessment / Reinforcement
* **Teaching activities must NOT be planned** on days marked for:
* **Subsequential Assessment**
* **Formal Assessment**

## Assessment Planning Rules
* Days **before Formal Assessment** must be used as **Subsequential Assessment days**.
* Wherever **Subsequential Assessment** is mentioned:

1. Weekly Allocation Formula
When filling out the Google Form for each week, follow this distribution:
Teaching Goals: Allocate 4 days.
Buffer Days: Allocate 2 days.
Class Tests: Count the weekdays in the month and coordinate with other subject teachers to divide the Sovereign Test days (Mondays and Thursdays).
2. Test Types & Limits
Sovereign Test (Written): Must be completed within 15 minutes. Focus on a minor portion of a lesson.
Buffer Day Test: Used for doubt sessions,oral assessments, discussions, and written exercises.
Test Quantity (Weekly):
Classes I–V: 2 Tests (1 Sovereign + 1 Buffer).
Classes VI–VIII: 3 Tests (2 Sovereign + 1 Buffer).
Classes IX–XII: 3/4 Tests (As per Personalized Learning Goals).
3. Sovereign Test Scheduling (The "Monday Rule")
Default: Held on Monday.
Holiday Rule: If Monday is a holiday, the test moves to the next school day.
Conflict Rule: If the subject has no period on Monday, use the next scheduled period in the timetable.
