*All AV Crew Members,*
*Class I to XII,*
*When planning the annual curriculum, it is important to consider the number of class test days. Here are some points to follow:*
Start by counting the weekdays from the Annual Curriculum Plan (Google form).
Allocate approximately 4 days for teaching goals and 2 days as buffer days.
Gather all subject teachers for a particular class and divide the total number of Sovereign Test days (Mondays and Thursdays) among the subjects.
Note: Please ensure adherence to the provided guidelines for effective curriculum planning and assessment.
Note FOR CLASS-IN-CHARGE: The authority to release the weekly test must be granted by the class-in-charge of a particular class, and it should be implemented diligently to adhere to the guideline that the test time must be anxiety-free, and the number of tests can be adjusted based on the circumstances to ensure the best comfort for the students' well-being.

Sovereign Test
a. Sovereign Test: This test is based on the count of tests in the annual planning, typically held on Mondays.
Test Day:
Default: Scheduled for Monday.
Holidays: If Monday is a holiday, the test will be held on the next school day.
Subject Period Conflict: If the subject being tested doesn't have a period on Monday, the test will be held on the day that subject is normally scheduled in Time table
Differentiate between two types of test days:
*(A) Buffer Day Test:* This test provides an opportunity for oral assessment, discussion, and written exercises. It allows teachers and students to focus on learning.
*(B) The Sovereign Test (Written test)*
Certainly! Let’s simplify and enhance the instructions for the Sovereign Test (Written test):
Time Limit: The test should be completed within 15 minutes.
Content Size: Keep the content concise, focusing on a minor portion of a chapter or lesson.
Grading Criteria:
Grammar: Pay attention to grammar. Errors will be categorized as Immediate Attention, On Progress Line, or Super.
Handwriting: Ensure legibility. It will be evaluated as Immediate Attention, On Progress Line, or Super.
Expression in Answering:
Copied: Avoid verbatim copying.
Own Words: Express ideas in your own words.

These guidelines apply to both Mathematics and Non-Language subjects. Good luck! 📝✨
