SESSION -2 IN PERSONAL TRAINING AT SCHOOL ON 9 APRIL ,2023

*Teacher Announcement for SAAR Education In-Person Training on April 9, 2023*

*Dear AV-CREW-MEMBERS*

*We are excited to announce that SAAR Education will be conducting an in-person training session on April 9, 2023. This training is specifically for teachers from Blooms, covering classes I and II. The training will take place in the Phonics Room, and will be facilitated by THE  SAAR EXPERTISE.*

To ensure smooth coordination, Mrs. Jasmeet will be responsible for counting the teachers and arranging them in pairs of 4 to 5 for seating in the Phonics Room. Similarly, Ms. Sadhana will also be overseeing the seating arrangement process. We request all teachers to cooperate with them in this regard.

In addition, Mrs. Jasmeet and Ms. Sadhana will confirm the resource copies shared in the email. These copies must be printed on color sheets, and it will be half of the total number of teachers from Blooms to class II.

Furthermore, we would like to remind all teachers to bring the materials that were requested in the previous message during the training session.

We look forward to an enriching and productive training session on April 9th, 2023. Thank you for your cooperation.

In- person training on 9th April, 2023

The break time mentioned in the session outline can be reduced as per your convenience.

The teachers are requested to sit in small teams ( 4 to 5 in each team)

The seating arrangement must support working in clusters.

Need to carry

*The teachers need to carry - booksets, A4 papers ( preferably one side used), crayons, water colours, glue, salt, clay, scissors ( in all 3 would be enough) and marker or sketch pens

A projector and audio arrangement, whiteboard with markers or green board with chalk would be required.

The attachment also has a few documents that would be required by teachers during the session.
