Designating New-Crew-Members to the AVPS, Fazilka group, is one of the central rituals since we established it in 2001. Mr.Raman Watts, Chairman of the A V Public School, Fazilka, solemnly steps into Internationally advanced schooling in Fazilka city and the founding Principal Ms.Sangita of this prestigious organization. From 2001 to now, we are 2000+ families of Students and crew members.
On the next turn, a common *ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES* inflow under the *AVPS-RITUALS*.; The Avps Rituals are the super-manual with timely updated versions according to the need of seconds per the HUMAN & ADVANCED SYSTEM for the students' SUPER-GROWTH.

(7) SUBSEQUENTLY ASSESSMENTS; It covers all essential deeds and procedures before taking the class and formal assessments.
(8) On-Board-Session; To orientate and built-in competency in teachers throughout the year to introduce the new ritual of AVPS or competency.
(9) PTM; Development Discourse upon the students' daily happening, progression in all-edges-levels.
(10) PARADIGM SHEET (P.S.); Students' way to perceive and cognition level sheet for class (VI TO XII)
(11) PARADIGM / VISUAL CUES/POCKET CARDS (P.S.); Students' way to perceive and cognition level for class (I TO V)
(12) Performance /understanding Enrichment Program (PEP); it takes on pre-examinations to perform ON THE TAUGHT CONTENTS.
(13) PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT (PFM)
A STUDENT BEHAVIOUR, COGNITION-MAPPING, PERFORMANCE COMES UNDER THE PFM, WHICH BECOMES A BRIDGE BETWEEN ALL STAKEHOLDERS TO LEVERAGE THE STUDENT ADAPTABILITY AND COGNITION-LEVERAGE-NOTCH UNDERLINED-FOCUS ON THE UNDERPERFORMERS.
(14) COGNITION-LEVERAGE-SESSION;
STUDENTS WHO DO NOT FIT IN THE SUBSEQUENTLY-ASSESSMENT OR THE REGUR REVISION/PRACTICE OR LEARNINGS ARE INFUSE IN THE PROCESS OF THE
COGNITION-LEVERAGE-SESSION BY THE AVAILABLE SUBJECT TEACHER OR THE OWN-SUBJECT TEACHER.

(28) INSTANT JOURNAL; It keeps all happening of a student's BEHAVIOUR in a book commonly known as INSTANT JOURNAL to take precision-aware-decision on a student's pertaining behaviors.
(29) PEP TALKS; A versatile platform to bring IDEAS that matters and is workable for society and affect our students' life in real-time discussion at school.
(30) *Gap session;* It comes throughout the year. Following the Scheme of studies, Internal Assessments, Class Evaluations, or any study GAP at the end of the student or School level.
(31)*Marking Method at Class/Regular Assessments;* We work on the UNATTEMPTED MARKS using Plus(+) marks. e.g., If a student scores 4 out of 10, we write +6 to bridge the Gap of patterns or, and A teacher will design a Session under PEP OR CLS.
Also taken the follow-up in the Portfolio of a student.
(32) After School Classes;ASC;
Enroll in our ASC program to receive support in any subject area that you may be struggling with, such as Spoken English, Grammar, Indian Classical Dance, Sports, Musical Instruments, Dance, and Vocals. It's important to note that our ASC program is completely free and is designed to cater to children's interests. We have a team of expert faculty members who are committed to helping students develop a deeper understanding and proficiency in their chosen areas of focus.

(33) SDG AMBASSADOR
SDG Ambassador is a program that empowers students to become advocates for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Each month, SDG Ambassadors focus on a different SDG and organize activities, events, and competitions to raise awareness and promote action.
The program also provides students with a platform to share their ideas and thoughts on the SDGs, and to contribute to the global effort to achieve them.

(34) INSTANT NAVIGATOR;
It keeps all happening of a student's BEHAVIOUR in a book commonly known as INSTANT JOURNAL to take precision-aware-decision on a student's pertaining behaviors.
The roles and responsibilities of an Instant Navigator in short:
Keep a record of student behavior.
Identify patterns in student behavior.
Provide support to students with behavioral challenges.
Work with teachers and parents to develop strategies for supporting students with behavioral challenges.
The Instant Navigator must be objective, compassionate, and understanding. They must also be able to build relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
Here are some additional responsibilities of the Instant Navigator:
Check in with the coordinator regularly.
Conduct counseling sessions with students.
Refer students to other resources.
Collaborate with teachers and parents.
Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in behavior management.
The Instant Navigator plays an important role in supporting students with behavioral challenges. They can help students to change their habits and reach their full potential.
(35) Sovereign Tests (2023)are the cornerstone of our assessment strategy. They are held every Monday, meticulously designed to evaluate student progress while accommodating any holidays or subject schedule conflicts.
These tests are pivotal in maintaining a stress-free academic environment, ensuring that students can focus on learning without unnecessary anxiety.
