2. Maintain a withdrawal register for daily exam sheet checks.
3. Ensure timely examination sheet checking according to the schedule.
4. Exam sheets should not be taken home for checking purposes.
5. Act as Exam Invigilators during exams, with one reliever in each class area.
6. Arrange racks with tagged class and subject exam sheets and question paper records.
7. Cupboard all exam question papers as per the dates mentioned above.
8. The exam (question paper) cover page will be crafted by STWB/ACADEMIC COORDINATOR.
9. Provide the names of exam room invigilators and relievers wing-wise to the Principal before 10 May 2025.
10. Share exam sheet checking schedules (as per Datesheet) and room plans with teachers before 13 , May 2025, after approval by the Principal.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1. Maintain class-wise records of feedback. Provide a format to the subject teachers for feedback recording.
2. The format should include fields for Student Name, Subject, Parent Feedback, Notes by Subject Teacher, and Signatures.
3. Record the total number of students who attend the PTMs.
4. Mention dates and schedules in the Parents' notes.
5. The decor team should arrange indoor and outdoor signage and beautify welcome areas.
6. Prepare paths and rooms for PTMs.
7. Ensure soothing instrumental music by Mrs. Anita in the Pre-Primary and Senior Secondary building areas. Any prerequisites should be requested in advance, and a demand register should be maintained a week before the event.

The decor Team shall prepare the paths and rooms on the PTM & decor sights positively.
Mr.Rajwinder shall arrange soothing Instrument music for the Pre-Primary Building area and the Senior secondary building area.(any prerequisites may ask for demand register a week before)
