Heather Bowman is the National Homebuyer Education Program Manager for Idaho Housing and Finance Association. Heather directs homebuyer education and housing counseling efforts statewide and nationally through Idaho Housing’s network of housing counselors. She also oversees the Finally Home!® Homebuyer Education program, an industry-leading online course that helps first-time buyers navigate the home-buying process and become successful homeowners.

Before working at Idaho Housing, Heather was the executive officer at the Nampa Association of REALTORS®. She also administered professional standards and education for the Ada County Association of REALTORS® (now Boise Regional REALTORS®). She is a certified distance education instructor and holds bachelor’s degrees in sociology and communication from the University of Montana and a master’s degree in public administration from Boise State University.
