About the Presenter

Dr. Heidi Reeder, Director of Leadership and Human Relations and Associate Professor of Communication - Boise State University

Dr. Reeder is a Carnegie Foundation award-winning professor at Boise State University where she serves as the Director of the Leadership and Human Relations program in the College of Innovation and Design. The program integrates the fields of leadership and personal development to assist students of any major to be better equipped for leadership in a changing world. She is the author of Commit to Win: How To Harness The Four Elements of Commitment To Reach Your Goals (2014, Hudson Street Press/Penguin), and holds degrees in Communication from the University of Oregon (B.S.), Stanford University (M.A.) and Arizona State University (Ph.D.).
