Office hours

Normal onsite office hours:

Monday-Thursday: 9am-6pm (with a break from 2-3pm)

Friday: 9am-1pm (Office is open for printing and use of the Student Lounge but meetings with staff are held virtually).

Most of our staff work from home at least one day a week, so if you'd like to speak with a specific member of our team, we recommend that you make an appointment with us in advance. Please email us or see our staff directory for more information.

** Please keep in mind that the office is closed on weekends and on local/national Spanish holidays. Office hours are subject to change throughout the year.

If you need to reach us urgently outside of office hours,
call our Emergency Phone at +34 675 23 56 56.

I need to print

Where should I go?

If you need to print something for class, you're welcome to print it out on the student printer, located in the staff office on the 4th floor of the BSAE office building and SIS study center.

If it's something non-academic (boarding passes, train tickets, etc.), you can find info on where to print on the page for each campus within the Academics section of this guide.
