Job Fair Expectations
Every campus is expected to have representation at all AISD teacher job fairs. The principal or principal designee should set up a table to represent their campus. The table should be covered in a campus or district table cloth and should be decorated to include campus swag and spirit. Consider the items that will bring your campus to life when thinking about what to bring to the job fair. Items could include:
Banner
Pictures of campus life/events (either digitally shared or on a display board)
Campus mascot
One-pager or brochure about campus (digital or hard copy)
Principals should fill out the Google form sent to them prior to the job fair to register their campus. Job fair notices are sent at least 1-2 months in advance to principals.
