This policy is to ensure the most efficient use of printing resources for all ASFG users. The school will encourage the efficient use of personal printers and strive towards greater use of central printing. All ASFG students and staff will be made aware of ecological and monetary responsibilities in a global society.
Printing costs are directly related to paper, toner, maintenance, and replacement of printers. Wasteful printing is to be discouraged at all levels.
Guidelines for all ASFG Printing
- Color printing should be used only when appropriate and the quantity is limited
- Monthly printing/copying reports will be distributed to section principals by the Material Resources manager
