3.11 Publishing Quality Control Procedure

All section directors and principals are responsible for the quality of the articles, presentations, and information presented to the ASFG community members. In order to ensure quality control the following procedure will be followed when providing information to the public:

• all information must be technologically spell-checked
• work will be reviewed by at least two other staff members for correct content, clarity, grammar, and spelling
• large print orders must be signed off for by two staff members directly on the final ”dummy” (save a copy) and reviewed once again for errors before sending out to the community
• sign all publications with, “Responsible for Publication”

Distribution to Community:

• Final Approval: Principals, Administrative Directors, Director General

Print Orders:

• For class distribution
• two (2) staff members revise and initial
• For section distribution
• two (2) staff members revise and initial
• principals/administrative directors revise and initial
• For all school distribution
• two (2) staff members revise and initial
• principals/administrative directors revise and initial
• General Director revises and initials

All printed material for general distribution must be in English and Spanish.
