The school master calendar is elaborated by the principals and administrators in the spring of each year. It details all school events to be held on campus. After the calendar is posted in July of each year, it can only be changed by a principal or an administrator in agreement with the Director General.
Arrangements for use of the school plant or any of its facilities must be requested using the ASFG intranet (http://appserver/ ) or the Google facilities (auditorium) calendar. All requests are approved and then scheduled through the Material Resources office. Approval of the calendar date and facility use must be obtained prior to notifying others of the event. The Material Resources Office notifies security and maintenance of the event.
Dates for all after-school events: athletic events, extra-curricular activities, parent meetings, coach’s meetings, etc. must be on the school calendar.
