This phrase is often used to firstly establish that a mood or situation is unpleasant, particularly extremely so, and that the user of the phrase intends to grab the bull by the horns so to speak, as in tackle the situation in a high energy, sometimes reckless and brazen, manner.
The part of the phrase, “Fuck it,” is meant to state the user’s acknowledgement and subsequent disregard of the risks, consequences, or downsides of an unpleasant situation. The second part of the phrase, “we ball,” is the part of the phrase that exposes the intent of the user. The intent of “we ball” is to tackle the situation head on in a high energy manner so as to guarantee success, even if the situation is bad.
While the part of the phrase, "Fuck it," maintains a sort of continuous definition throughout time, the part of the phrase, "we ball," was originally in regards to basketball, a popular sport within the United States of America. The origins of the phrase date back to 2015 from a tweet by rapper Young Thug, simply stating "But fuck it, we ball!!!" and has such gained popularity, particularly in more niche internet groups but does share some popularity in real world discussion, particularly within groups of friends or, at the very least, acquaintances. the phrase is typically used by English speakers, especially considering it's English origin. This phrase, as many of recent creation are, is more popular with younger adults. It is often used in conjuncture with other phrases shown on the chart that denote other moods.
Examples of how "Fuck it, we ball," may be used are as follows:
“The manager wants me to stay until 3:30 am instead of going home at midnight, and I have classes tomorrow. Fuck it, we ball, I’ll bring some energy drinks in.”
“Our school banned our LGBT pride club, and some of us want to protest. Fuck it, we ball.”
“I said ‘fuck it, we ball’ and bought a new project car.”
"I have a ton of assignments due, so last night I said 'Fuck it, we ball,' and got it all done at 2:30 AM."

(The first instance of this chart I could find was this twitter post from March 28th 2023, however the first instance of “fuck it we ball” used in the above manner I have seen personally is 4/20/2022)
