Context: This phrase which had been circling the internet for a while on social media, mainly TikTok, derives from a Snapchat video of a son videoing his mother. Unknowingly the child used the Bitmoji filter while trying to record a fit check for his mom, he said aloud, “Mama, a girl behind you”. The scene was comical due to the mom responding in concern, and now many people say the line jokingly to tell somebody, that something or someone is behind them.
