Out-of-Pocket
adjective
Totally out of order of behavior. Very rude and indignant.
The phrase “Out of Pocket” describes behavior so extreme that suggests that a particular person has gone too far, meaning that person is wild, ridiculous, extreme. They defy cultural conventions. The phrase is a slang term. People that use out of pocket are young urban hood teens. Hood teens do not particularly care about proper behavior, so when they say that the behavior is “out of pocket,” you have crossed the line, describing behavior that is so extreme even the people who themselves behave improperly are quick to say that you’re out of line, or out of order, out of pocket.
