Lesson1:

·         Presentation on artist William Morris

·         Collect 4 to 8 images of natural forms (leafs, flowers, twigs, etc...) Pictures of leaves

·         Divide a A2 paper into 4 sections.

·         In the 4 sections you will produce:

·         Drawings of leafs and flowers in colour and monotone

Lesson 2:

·         A brainstorm/ list based on the subject of natural forms. 

·         Look at the work of the artist William Morris and make a drawing of sections of her textured      tiles.

Lesson 3:

·         Start to develop a designs based on William Morris flower designs

·         Consider: contrast, repetition, simplicity, outline, pattern

Lesson 4:

·         transfer design to Polly print and print light colour.

Lesson 5:

·         add detail and shading to your design and add second dark colour

·         Make an evaluation describing the process of the project and what you would improve if you were doing the project again.
