I have yet to go on a marketing tour and am still happy to bask in my anonymity. (Woohoo!) I will be posting below all the places I have gone to, including writing events, personal excursions and unexpected adventures. Onwards!
I recently attended the 1000 Lights celebration at Santee Lakes. It was a good turnout with good food, good people and good vibes.
The old carvings were worth checking out just so I could see the medium writers of the past had on hand.
The gathering of local authors is a worthy event just so we can find one another and share our worlds.
I've joined many writing groups. Some online and others in local meetups. Fellow creators are always a joy to be around.
I've attended this grand event several times over the years and still am amazed at the worlds created and shared by so many.
A smaller venue than Comic Con but still worth the time and effort to attend.
Classic cars are a marvel to behold, with more personality and style than we see in vehicles today.
Celebrating life is always important and on this day I got to see the celebration of lives past. Truly a holiday to honor.
The San Diego Del Mar Fair has been renamed multiple times. I enjoy the mayhem of the crowds, the colorful sights and vendors.
I was amazed at the great fun to discover at the ren-fair and the many joys to be had as we join the worlds of yester-year.
I've joined several meet-ups over the years. The hiking ones are a slower pace, allowing me to snap pics as I enjoy some company.
The birds of glam are always fun to see and capture in their splendor.
