Computer Graphics

Lone

A favorite image from back when I started working with computers. I created this using Word. The challenge was in making images using solid line shapes and filling them. I later added the blur to the stars and fell in love with the pic. Ah, memories...

Abstraction

As I learned how to use computers more and more, graphic programs began to emerge. This was one of the first used with MS Paint. I couldn't do anything with color but had an array of patterns to choose from. Needless to say, I was excited to work with this advanced tech.

Mind

Once I learned how to add and remove from a bit-drawing, I played with highlights. True, it was far from effective, but I remember having fun watching each pixel vanish like magic from the screen. Good times.

Straightened

The assignment was to draw using straight lines. I wanted to stretch the definition so I made everything out of tiny lines, creating an effect of curved and rounded shapes. (So long as you don't look too close.)

Infinitesimal

I was playing a lot when I tried to depict a sphere moving away to insignificance. Needless to say, I added a bit more than was asked when creating this little pixel creation.

Aura

A final drawing was inspired by the notion of having an aura and the rise of my comic super hero phase. So many heroes, so many possibilities.
