Neil is waiting. He knows today the call will come to tell him his wife has passed away. Every attempt at finding a cure has failed and all that remains for his life to come apart completely is a final call to let him know he will never see her again.

Little does he know an organization is about to contact him with an offer: They promise to save his wife in exchange for his committing a crime. Neil doesn't know he is the last resort for this shadow group and they are willing to do whatever is necessary to get his help.

Neil’s life is quickly put in danger as rivals seeking to destroy the group come after him. The treatment on his wife is effective, but is soon revealed to be a risk in itself; burning out the disease while dangerous side effects manifest.

The risks are great for both husband and wife, testing their resolve like nothing else. Can a second chance at life come at too high a price? Both will need to answer that question before it is too late to turn back.
