This event was a very special one for me as I got to join in a celebration that honors what we love, have lost and will always remain hopeful for. Many find the celebration to be a spiritual event while others are here for the joy and beauty of the lanterns. All in all, there was plenty of fun to be had and as the day came to an end, seeing the lanterns with proclamations of love, hopes for the future and love of those gone made it all the more memorable.
