I've joined many writing groups over the years. They are often good for meeting others on the same journey. Sometimes, the help with brainstorming gets the gears moving and when a critique group forms, you get the added bonus of having fellow creatives give you honest feedback about your writing before sending it out into the world.

This last pic is a group shot from one of the writing groups. We had a great bunch of writers. Some of which were well on their way to publication. I liked being a part of various groups, bouncing ideas off one another and sharing our processes. The original pic is pretty good for a group shot but I opted to use a distortion filter to share with the world. Creative presentation!
