The Bible Teaches The Jesus Became a Deity!
***What Does 1 Corinthians 8:6 TRULY mean?
Here is 1 Corinthians 8:6 from the KJV. “But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.”
Does 1 Corinthians 8:6 PROVE Monotheism? In other words, does this verse of Scripture prove that the Bible teaches that there is only ONE being that is CALLED God?
To say this another way, must Christians conclude that Jesus MUST be Almighty God Himself, who alone is the Creator and the source of all life, simply because Jesus is CALLED God by TITLE?
For you see, Satan is called THE god of this present world in 2 Corinthians 4:4.

Did God SET the Angels to be gods?
The Father is the God OVER Jesus!
Satan is called THE God but he is NOT Almighty God!
Why do Some Christians Make Jesus to be Almighty God Himself in the Flesh?
Let us begin this verse study by reading 1 Corinthians 8:6 out of its CONTEXT first.
And then, we will read it left in its context so that you can see that there are MANY gods and MANY lords.
But to us, as Christians who do NOT worship the fallen angels, there is but ONE God, the Father, and ONE Lord, our Lord Jesus, the Christ.
1 Corinthians 8:6.
“But to us there is but ONE God, the Father, of whom are ALL things, and we in Him; AND (To us there is but) one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are ALL things, and we by him.”
Now let us read the LITERAL translation so that you can see that the English word “things” is NOT in the original Greek text.
Also, notice that the definite article “the” is NOT translated in the King James Version and some other modern translation, which to me is misleading.
1 Corinthians 8:6 the LITERAL translation.
“But to us (there is but) ONE God, the Father, of whom (Or the ORIGIN of whom are) THE ALL, and we in Him; (In other words, the phrase “THE ALL” are all of us who BELIEVE in Jesus as our Lord and Savior are in the Father and the Father dwells in us) AND (To us there is but) ONE Lord, Jesus Christ, THROUGH whom are THE ALL, and we BECAUSE of him.”
So then, the subject of this verse is “us” the new creatures that Almighty God created in or into the BODY of believers in Jesus ANOINTED.
Now, with this understanding in mind, let us read the CONTEXT of 1 Corinthians 8:6 so that you can see that we, as Christians are NOT to worship the fallen angels who were SET as gods and lords by Almighty God the Creator, who were once good gods under their Creator, the only truthful God.
But one third of the angels or one third of the Elohim rebelled against Almighty God to become God’s ENEMIES that DECEIVE humans to worship them as gods.
1 Corinthians 8:1-7.
“Now as touching things offered unto idols, we know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffeth up, but charity edifieth.
1 Corinthians 8:2. And if any man think that he knows anything, he knows nothing yet as he OUGHT to know.
1 Corinthians 8:3. But if any man loves God, the same is known of Him.
1 Corinthians 8:4. As concerning, THEREFORE, the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice unto idols, (Speaking of the worshiping of angels) we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is none other God but one. (In other words, WE, as Christians, KNOW that we are NOT to worship the angels)
1 Corinthians 8:5. For though there ARE that are called gods, whether in heaven (Speaking of the Elohim up in heaven, the GOOD angels or the good gods who are in agreement with the Creator, who SET them to be gods under Him.
Or whether those who are called gods) or in earth, [Speaking of the FALLEN Elohim that waged a WAR against the Creator] (as there ARE gods many, and lords many,)
1 Corinthians 8:6. But to us (there is but) ONE God, the Father, of whom (Or the ORIGIN of whom are) THE ALL, and we in Him; (In other words, the phrase “THE ALL” are all of us who BELIEVE in Jesus as our Lord and Savior are in the Father and the Father dwells in us) AND (To us there is but) ONE Lord, Jesus Christ, THROUGH whom are THE ALL, and we BECAUSE of him.
1 Corinthians 8:7. Howbeit there is NOT in every man that KNOWLEDGE: (Or not every Christian has the KNOWLEDGE and understanding that the angels are REAL gods and not FAKE gods.
In other words, the TRUE sound BIBLICAL meaning of MONOTHEISM is that there are indeed MANY gods AND MANY lords.
But we, as Christians, are to worship ONE God, who is the Father, AND we are to worship ONE Lord, who is Jesus ANOINTED to become our Lord and Savior by his God and Father, the Creator who made all that are called gods and lord) for some with conscience of the idol unto this hour eat it as a thing offered unto an idol; and their conscience being weak is defiled.”
So, again, the meaning of “monotheism” does NOT mean that there is only one CALLED God.
But rather, the true sound Biblical meaning of
“monotheism” is that to us, as Christians, there is but ONE God, even the Father, who MAN His HUMAN Son, Jesus, to become a Lord after the cross and resurrection, according to Acts 2:36.

Once Christians, Jews, Muslims, and even atheists understand the REASON that Yahweh CREATED the Son of MAN, Jesus, was to have DOMINION over the work of Yahweh’s hands.
And after you understand that the REASON that Yahweh did that is to STILL His ENEMIES, Satan and the fallen angels.
Then you can understand that God made His human Son to become “a” Lord, “a” King, and “a” God, under and subject to his God and Father in order to JUDGE Satan and the fallen angels.
