UNDENIABLE FACTS About God and Jesus, the Christ!
***What Does 1 Timothy 6:15 TRULY mean?
Here is 1 Timothy 6:15 from the KJV. “Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;”
Are the titles, the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and the Lord of lords, referring to Almighty God the Father.
Or are these titles referring to Jesus ONLY as some Christians claim in order to try to prove that Jesus is Almighty God Himself in the flesh?
Keep in mind that the Son of MAN, Jesus, was made in the IMAGE of the INVISIBLE God, and the context of verse 15 found in 1 Timothy 1:16, teaches us that the INVISIBLE God is the ETERNAL King.
In other words, the God and Father of Jesus is the Eternal King of kings and Lord of lords, who made the Son of MAN, Jesus, to become a King and a Lord after the cross and resurrection, according to Acts 2:36 and Psalm 2:6.

God is the Father and His Messiah is Jesus!
And by the phrase “UNDENIABLE FACTS”, I mean the verses of Scriptures that do not need to be “interpreted” to know what they mean.
For example, 1 Timothy 1:17 teaches us FIVE undeniable FACTS about God.
#1. The one being in one person, spoken of in 1 Timothy 1:17, is the ETERNAL King.
#2. The one being in one person, spoken of in 1 Timothy 1:17, is IMMORTAL.
#3. The one being in one person, spoken of in 1 Timothy 1:17, is INVISIBLE.
#4. The one being in one person, spoken of in 1 Timothy 1:17, is the ONLY WISE God.
#5. The one being in one person, spoken of in 1 Timothy 1:17, is to whom all of the glory and honor is to be given to.
And, according to Philippians 2:11, when we call Jesus the Lord, then all of the glory goes to Almighty God the FATHER, who is the invisible God.
Please read 1 Timothy 1:17.
“Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen.”
Now, since the Bible is about Almighty God the Father and His Son, Jesus, then this verse of Scripture is obviously referring to Almighty God the Father as being the ONLY wise God, the immortal eternal King, to whom deserves the glory and honor.
For you see, Jesus is NOT invisible, but rather, Jesus was MADE in the IMAGE of the invisible God, according to Colossians 1:15.
Jesus is not the Eternal King, but rather, Yahweh set or made the Son of MAN, Jesus, to become a King after the cross and resurrection, according to Psalm 2:1-8, Psalm 89:27, John 18:37, and many other verses of Scripture.
And the God of Jesus is clearly identified again in Romans 16:25-27 as the ONLY WISE everlasting or ETERNAL God to whom the GLORY is to be given THROUGH Jesus Christ.
Let us go ahead and read that passage of Scripture. I will highlight the words that refer to Almighty God the Father in orange.
The words in yellow refer to the Son of MAN, Jesus, during the days of his FLESH.
And the words highlighted in blue refer to the highly exalted Son of MAN, Jesus, AFTER the cross and resurrection.
Romans 16:25-27.
“Now to Him that is of power to establish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began, (Or more correctly translated and understood, which was kept secret from the beginning of the age, speaking of the beginning of this present age.

Romans 16:26. But NOW is made manifest, and by the Scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:
Romans 16:27. To God ONLY wise, be GLORY through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen. Written to the Romans from Corinth, and sent by Phebe, servant of the church at Cenchrea.”
In verse 27, we clearly see that the ONLY WISE God is not one and the self-same being as Jesus Christ.
We also see that the GLORY is to be given to the ONLY WISE GOD THROUGH Jesus Christ, which agrees with what we read in Philippians 2:6-11.
And again, the ONLY WISE God is identified as the everlasting or the ETERNAL God in verse 26 of Romans chapter 16, which we just read.
And according to 1 Timothy 6:13-16, the ONLY Potentate or the only Sovereign God, is the INVISIBLE God, who is the FATHER.
And Jesus is clearly not the Father.
Let us go ahead and read that passage of Scripture from a couple of different translations.
Again, I will highlight the words that refer to Almighty God the Father in orange.
And I will highlight the words that refer to Jesus in yellow.
And the words highlighted in the color blue refer to the Son of MAN, Jesus, AFTER the cross and resurrection.
Here is 1 Timothy 6:13-21 from the Complete Jerusalem Bible.
“I charge you before God, who gives LIFE to all things, AND before the Messiah Yeshua, who in his witness to Pontius Pilate gave the same good testimony,
1 Timothy 6:14. to obey your commission spotlessly and irreproachable until our Lord Yeshua the Messiah appears. (The Son of MAN, Jesus was MADE both Lord and Messiah AFTER the cross and resurrection, according to Acts 2:36, Romans 1:3,4, Hebrews 1:6-9, and many other verses of Scripture)
1 Timothy 6:15. His appearing will be brought about in its own time by the blessed and SOLE Sovereign, who is King of kings and Lord of lords, (Keep in mind that the INVISIBLE God is the ETERNAL King who set or made the Son of MAN, Jesus, to become a King, a Lord, and a God, after the cross and resurrection, according to Acts 2:36, Psalm 2, Psalm 89:27, and many other passages of Scripture which teach us about the new NAME given to Jesus by his God and Father)
1 Timothy 6:16. who ALONE is immortal, who dwells in unapproachable light that no human being has ever seen or can see - to Him be honor and eternal power. Amen. (And again, when we call Jesus our Lord, all of the glory goes to Almighty God the FATHER, according to Philippians 2:11)
1 Timothy 6:17. As for those who do have riches in this present world, charge them not to be proud and not to let their hopes rest on the uncertainties of riches but to rest their hopes on God, who richly provides us with all things for our enjoyment.
1 Timothy 6:18. Charge them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, to be generous and ready to share.
1 Timothy 6:19. In this way they will treasure up for themselves a good foundation for the future, so that they may lay hold of the real life.
1 Timothy 6:20. Oh, Timothy! Keep safe what has been entrusted to you. Turn away from the ungodly babblings and the argumentative opposition of what is falsely called ‘knowledge’.
1 Timothy 6:21. For many who promise this ‘knowledge’ have missed the mark, as far as the faith is concerned. Grace be with you.”
Here is 1 Timothy 6:13-16 from the Amplified Version.
“In the presence of God, Who preserves alive all living things, and of Christ Jesus, Who in His testimony before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, I [solemnly] charge you,
1 Timothy 6:14. To keep all His precepts unsullied {and} flawless, irreproachable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Anointed One),
1 Timothy 6:15. Which [appearing] will be shown forth in His own proper time by the blessed, only Sovereign (Ruler), the King of kings and the Lord of lords,
1 Timothy 6:16. Who alone has immortality [in the sense of exemption from every kind of death] and lives in unapproachable light, Whom no man has ever seen or can see. Unto Him be honor and everlasting power {and} dominion. Amen (so be it).”
Here is 1 Timothy 6:13-16 from the New International Reader.
“God gives LIFE to everything. Christ Jesus told the truth when he gave witness to Pontius Pilate. In the sight of God AND Christ, I give you a command.
1 Timothy 6:14. OBEY it until our Lord Jesus Christ appears. OBEY it completely. Then no one can find fault with it or you.
1 Timothy 6:15. God will bring Jesus back at a time that pleases Him. God is the blessed and ONLY Ruler. He is the greatest King of all. He is the most powerful Lord of all.
1 Timothy 6:16. God is the ONLY ONE who can’t die. He lives in light that no one can get close to. No one has seen Him. No one can see Him. Give honor and power to Him forever. Amen.”
The Greek word translated as only RULER and only SOVEREIGN in the above translation is translated as the only POTENTATE in the King James Version.
And all of these meanings are the same as saying the Eternal invisible God is the ONLY ALMIGHTY God, who alone is the God of gods, including being the God of His Son, Jesus.
Please know and understand that Almighty God the Father MADE or highly exalted His human Son, Jesus, after the cross and resurrection to BECOME a god over the whole earth for 1000 years during the world to come.
In other words, Jesus is called a “god” by NAME or by TITLE that he RECEIVED after the cross and resurrection, according to Philippians 2:8-11.
Now, these are just some of the many undeniable FACTS about God and His Son Jesus.
Again, what I mean by an undeniable fact is that the Bible itself clearly states what is a FACT that does not need to be “interpreted” to know what it means.
So then, the CORRECT way to interpret the Bible is to interpret each and every verse of Scripture in the LIGHT of the UNDENIABLE FACTS.
And thus, whatever “interpretation” that a Christian concludes a verse of Scripture means, then that interpretation must AGREE with every single verse of Scripture in the Bible.
So what do you do when there are Scriptures that SEEM to CONTRADICT each other?
Please know and understand that God’s word, when correctly translated and correctly interpreted, does not contradict ITSELF.
But rather, it is the wrong or the incorrect “interpretations of verses of Scripture that CONTRADICTS other verses of Scripture in the Bible.”
And there are also a few verses in the Bible that are incorrectly “translated”.
For example, all Christians believe that the Bible itself teaches us that there is only ONE God.
But some Christians WRONGLY interpret that the words “ONE God” mean one God PERIOD and no OTHER gods.
And thus, they wrongly “interpret” Jesus as being the ONE God Himself.
But that is not what the Bible ITSELF teaches us as you will see in chapters that follow.

In truth, the Hebrew word that is translated as “beside” me, also means there is no god without me, who set them to become gods under and subject to me.

And to me, the truth concerning who Jesus TRULY is, according to the Bible ITSELF, is the Biblical Unitarian view of Jesus.
Once Christians, Jews, Muslims, and even atheists understand the REASON that Yahweh CREATED the Son of MAN, Jesus, was to have DOMINION over the work of Yahweh’s hands.
And after you understand that the REASON that Yahweh did that is to STILL His ENEMIES, Satan and the fallen angels.
Then you can understand that God made His human Son to become “a” Lord, “a” King, and “a” God, under and subject to his God and Father in order to JUDGE Satan and the fallen angels.
