Application procedure:

Step 1 Interested students, please contact the International Office for the official nomination. 

Step 2 Home university nominate a list of students to chonticha@siit.tu.ac.th by May 31, 2024.

  • If there are more than 5 applications from same home university, the home university must select no later than 5 application to be nominated. 

  • Please be aware that the information provided in the nomination form must match in the application form, especially in terms of GPA, internship duration, and the list of supervisors. SIIT will share the nomination information with professors to initially assess applicants' qualifications. Therefore, any incorrect information in the nomination form may affect the consideration process. 

Step 3: Students who have been nominated by home university submit the required documents to the Application Link by May 31, 2024

      • Motivation letter 

      • Resume

      • Transcript of record and certification or letter to certify student’s academic record of excellence.

      • Copy of passport

      • Two strong recommendation letters (at least one recommendation letter must comes from academic instructor/advisor) and the letter is valid 6 months.

Step 4:  From June 4 - 7, 2024, applications will be pre-screened by the International Office. Incomplete applications and required documents will result in the application not being considered without notice.

Step 5: From June 10 - 21, 2024, all applications will be considered by proposed supervisor and head of school. 

Step 6: Selection result will be announced within July 5, 2024.  

Step 7: Successful candidates confirm acceptance by July 15, 2024

Step 7: Acceptance letters will be sent to students' home universities at least 2 months before starting an internship.

Step 8: The students will receive a greeting message from SIIT International Affairs and Corporate Relations Division to be informed the detail of the airport pickup service, dormitory reservation.

Remark: Due to the limited number of scholarship and high competition, final decision will be made by the school and SIIT Executives Committee.
