Visa Application 

Please send the following documents and information to the International Office at SIIT:

1. A copy of the passport data page (PDF file)

2. A working certification of SIIT non-Thai faculty/staff member 

   1. • Please make a request for the certification at Personnel Section (Khun Hansa), Cco. division.

3. The address of the Thai Embassy or Consulate where you will submit your visa application (City and Country)

Remark: Please contact SIIT at least 9 weeks before entering Thailand.

SIIT issues an OFFICIAL LETTER (in Thai language) from Thammasat University to the Thai Embassy/ Consulate requesting for issuing a DEPENDENT VISA for you.

Remark: 

1. The letter will be prepared by Mrs. Rapeepan.

2. The letter will be completed 7 working days after receiving your documents

3. Once the letter is done, the scanned letters will send to you by email.

Apply for your visa at: https://www.thaievisa.go.th/

• Upload all required documents, including the SIIT-issued letters.

• Additional documents may be required depending on the Thai Embassy or Consulate in your country.

• Once your visa application is approved, you will receive a pdf. file of your working visa from from the Thai Embassy/Consulate by email.

• It might take at least 3 days for approval. For more information, kindly contact the Thai Embassy/Consulate in the country that you apply for the visa.
