Application procedure
Step 1 Interested student, please contact an International Office at a home university for an official nomination.
Step 2 The home university nominates a list of students for SIIT by filling out the attached excel file and sending it by email to chonticha@siit.tu.ac.th and copying to peechalika@siit.tu.ac.th
Step 3 Students who have been nominated by the home university, prepare the following documents:

Letter of Application (Motivation Letter)
Regulations for exchange students with a signature of an applicant [Click to download]
Consent form [Click to download] (To comply with Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), please read the Privacy Notice)
Resume/CV
Transcript (Master’s students must also submit their Bachelor’s degree transcript)
English Proficiency Certificate (TOEFL or IELTS, or an equivalent, or letter confirming applicant’s English proficiency)
Recommendation letter from an academic adviser
A copy of your passport

You are required to submit a completed application along with the required documents, organized into 3 files:
File 1: PDF file containing your completed application and required documents (excluding a copy of your passport)
File 2: PDF file with a copy of your passport
File 3: JPG file of your photo (Please ensure you read the guidelines before uploading)
**Each file must be named according to the following format:
File 1: Your home university_1st2024_Your first name and Your family name, e.g., TUM_1st2024_Harry Potter
File 2: Passport_Your first name and Your family name, e.g., Passport_Harry Potter
File 3: Photo_Your first name and Your family name, e.g., Photo_Harry Potter
The application documents can be submitted by the international exchange coordinator or by the student.
The application must be submitted to SIIT within the deadline as follows:
1st semester: May 15
2nd semester: October 15
Step 5 All applications will be considered by SIIT after the deadlines. The consideration process takes 1-2 weeks.
Step 6 Acceptance letters will be sent to students' home universities by mid-June for the 1st semester, and by mid-November for the 2nd semester.
Step 7 Students will receive a greeting message from the SIIT International Affairs and Corporate Relations Division to be informed of the details of the airport pickup service, dormitory reservation, and course reservation.
