Please read carefully before reservation
Eligibility: To reserve a seat, students must have all required documents prepared.
Service Availability: The van service is exclusively for SIIT students.
Capacity: There are 12 seats available per van, per day. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Departure: The van departs from SIIT, Rangsit at 8:40 AM. Please be punctual; the van cannot wait for late students. Those who miss the van must arrange their own transportation to the Immigration Office.
Reservation Deadline: Seats must be reserved at least 1 day in advance, no later than 2:00 PM.
SIIT Van Pick-Up-Point
8:40 AM: 1st Pick-Up Point at the SIIT car park, in front of the Admission Division, Rangsit.
8:45 AM: 2nd Pick-Up Point at the entrance of Golf View Dormitory (opposite Chiengrak Gate 1). Please wait on the roadside of Chiengrak main road near the bridge. A reference map is at https://maps.app.goo.gl/CMRWDRZ233PiEHm46

Note: Students at Bangkadi Dormitory should take a regular van from Bangkadi (between 8:00-8:10 AM) to Rangsit, then switch to another van for the journey to the Pathumthani Immigration Office.
The shuttle van will return to the campus after the last student has completed the immigration process.
Students are requested to stay in contact via the LINE group during the visit.
Once the last person has finished, please wait at the exit gate (in front of the coffee shop) and inform the driver by phone or via LINE with the message "พวกเราทำธุระเสร็จแล้ว ขอรบกวนมารับที่ประตูทางออก (หน้าร้านกาแฟ) ครับ/ค่ะ" It means: “We have finished our procedures. Please pick us up at the exit gate, in front of the coffee shop.” If you make a call to the driver, you can just say "Okay krap/ka".

A LINE group is used for communication regarding the van service.
Please join the group before your trip. Once your immigration visit is completed, you may leave the group or remain for future updates, at your discretion.
