- All students are required to arrive at SIIT before January 7, 2020. Those who plan to look for the accommodation by yourselves, please arrive in Thailand at least one week before the orientation day. It may take some time to search for the accommodation by yourselves.
- The airport pickup service is provided for students who will arrive in Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi airport or Don Muang airport) on January 2 -3 and January 6 only. The transportation will be arranged to pick up students twice per day (9:00 and 14:00). Your arrival time must not be later than 14:00.
- You are responsible for excessive payment if arrival earlier or later than the given time (approx. 600 baht from Suvarnabhumi airport, 200 baht from Donmueng airport). If your buddy is available, she/he may pick you up from the airport but all travelling expense must be paid by the exchange student.
- Please avoid arriving on December 30, 31 and January 1 (New year holidays) because most of the accommodations office will be closed. If you insist to arrive on New Year holidays, you have to stay at the hotel until the accommodation will be opened.
- Please avoid arriving in the night time because most of the accommodations are open for check-in not later than 5-6 PM.
- Students from the same university should travel together on the same flight and same day.
